Service Description

Professional administrative support, billed monthly, to keep your operations efficient and organized. This service ensures your advanced day-to-day tasks are handled with precision. The standard support time (included in the base price of $250) is within 72 hours. If you'd like, you also have the $350 option for a faster support time of 24 hours (or less). *Please review our other tiers (basic and complete) to confirm you are selecting the right product for the service(s) and duration needed. Service completion times range from 2-5 days contingent on the assignment's details. Advanced Services (included in the monthly package): 1. Complex calendaring/scheduling 2. Complex internal document creation 3. CRM tasks 4. Social media management and updates 5. Inventory management 6. Other bookkeeping 7. Operating procedure review and AI integration


Cancellation Policy

Services are booked in advance and billed hourly or monthly (repurchase plan to renew hourly or monthly). Clients are encouraged to schedule time at least 5 business days in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute requests will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed. Booked hours are reserved exclusively for the client and must be used within the agreed billing cycle. We will do our best to accommodate unprecedented changes from you, the client, on a case-by-case basis. Booking means you are opting-in to the Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation and Termination Policies. Availability & Time-Off Policy: We observe all major holidays and notify clients of any planned time off at least 2 weeks in advance. Retainer hours will be adjusted accordingly or rolled over, based on agreement. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule booked services with at least 72 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Repeated last-minute rescheduling may result in limited booking priority. Cancellation and Termination Policy: Clients may cancel services with 5 days’ email notice. Any unused hours will not be refunded but can be used toward a future service. We reserve the right to terminate service if policies are repeatedly violated or payments are delinquent. Payment Policy: All packages are billed monthly in advance (with 10-40 hours of work total dependent on the package purchased). For multi-hour services (less than 10-hour package duration; 2-9 hours), hourly services are invoiced weekly or bi-weekly, with payment due within 7 days. Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, or PayPal. Late payments are subject to a 5% fee after 5 business days past due. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of service-based work, all payments are non-refundable. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns. Client Responsibility Policy: Clients are responsible for providing timely access to systems, documents, and relevant information. Delays caused by missing input may impact project timelines. File Ownership & Deliverables Policy: All deliverables created during the course of the agreement become the property of the client upon full payment. Files will be delivered in agreed-upon formats via the most accessible, secure method available.
